Effective January 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of AnyInterview and all related services.
By accessing or using AnyInterview (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
AnyInterview provides an AI-powered interview platform that enables organizations to conduct structured voice and video interviews asynchronously. The Service includes interview creation tools, participant management, AI transcription, scoring, recording, and integrations with third-party platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@anyinterview.to if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Accounts may not be shared between individuals unless you are on an Enterprise plan with explicitly granted team access. API keys are personal credentials and must not be embedded in client-side code or shared publicly.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated these restrictions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in those documents. You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate through the Service, including interview questions, participant responses, and transcripts.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from interview participants before using the Service to conduct interviews. AnyInterview provides consent capture tooling as a feature, but ultimate responsibility for legal compliance rests with you as the data controller.
Recordings and transcripts generated through the Service are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized users of your account. AnyInterview does not use your recordings or transcripts to train AI models without your explicit written consent. You may export or delete your recordings and transcripts at any time through the dashboard or API. Deleted recordings are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Paid plans are billed as agreed at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in your contract. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of your account.
A "completed interview" for billing purposes is defined as a session in which the participant reached the end of the configured question flow. Sessions under 2 minutes are not billed. Sessions where a participant abandons partway through and does not resume within the session window are billed at 50% of the standard rate.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for 30 days, after which your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy. We may terminate your account immediately for material violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS INCLUDING TRANSCRIPTS, SUMMARIES, AND SCORES ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY A QUALIFIED HUMAN BEFORE USE IN CONSEQUENTIAL DECISIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANYINTERVIEW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnyInterview and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (c) your failure to obtain required consents from interview participants.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules, conducted in English, in San Francisco, California. You and AnyInterview waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
