Cookie Policy.

Effective January 1, 2026. We use a small number of cookies to keep the platform working and to understand how it's used.

What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your browser. They serve different purposes: keeping you logged in, remembering your preferences, and helping us understand how people use the product. We don't use cookies for advertising, tracking across other websites, or profiling.

Cookies we use

Third-party cookies

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not set cross-site tracking cookies, does not use fingerprinting, and does not share data with ad networks. Plausible is fully GDPR-compliant and does not require a cookie consent banner under most interpretations of EU guidance — but we include it here for full transparency.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or behavioral tracking tools on our platform or marketing site.

How to control cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will break authentication and core platform functionality. Disabling analytics or preference cookies will degrade your experience but will not prevent you from using the Service.

Browser-specific guides:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data

Interview participant sessions

When a participant opens an interview link, we set a single session cookie to maintain their interview state and prevent duplicate submissions. This cookie expires when the session ends or after 24 hours, whichever comes first. It contains no personally identifiable information and is not used for tracking.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice in the platform. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent update.
